the dandelion, for me is the symbol of innocence, purity. they also can symbolize the world through a child eyes; a simple, peaceful world, a dreamworld. that being said, i think you did well choosing this title. i remember that when i was a kid, me and my friends used to put wishes on dandelions and then blow off their flocks. we watched them being lifted up by the wind, wondering when our wishes would become truth. your photo makes me think about a those great moments. you did great with the colors too, blue symbolizing the purity, the infinite, this photo being almost a image ripped out from a dream.
Brilliant work! So brilliant that I've featured your photograph in Still Life Photography Colors. I hope that the feature brings you and your work extra attention.
Well I'm a bit baffled that there are so many views and favs but so less comments. How sad Ok, so I try to change this a bit I like the blue colors in this shot very much. It brings the little seeds almost to glow. I love this effect and I think this makes the shot a great one. The picture has a calm and magical impression for me and it could be really a scene of a dream. I'm not sure, if I like the crop of this shot. I think there is too much empty space at the top but if you cut it a way the picture could look overloaded. Also I would increase the depth of field just a tiny bit.
