As a kid i use to have problems with nightmares, it was actually to the extent that it became a serious issue. In all my dreams i was in control of my actions, and i was always looking for a place to hide. If this scenery was one of my nightmares, i would close my eyes and hide in the water.
5 exposures combined in photomatix, then post-processed in photoshop for a darker atmosphere. No print, due to the fact that the exposures was way unbalanced ( mini tri-pod on wet grass + no remote ) and that made some movement artifacts through photomatix that are noticeable in print size.
What a lot of atmosphere. It's uphill as well. I was always climbing to get away in my dreams. Just half a step away from whatever was behind. I never actually saw what I was running away from but whatever it was it was terrifying. Thank you for adding details of how you have taken/processed your pictures. I am starting to get a bit of a hook on the technicalities and when you mention something it enforces what I am learning.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
