Very interesting tones. I don't know where it has been taken, but for me, it doesn't look like a natural place - the light looks like a streelight. Don't get me wrong, I find it very interesting ! Very unusual and original.

I am very dubious about the composition. The crop is far too small, not giving any air for your subject. The eye can't focus on the droplets because of that - there is too much things in the picture. A bit of void should have been useful.

Very good depth of field. Nothing to say on that subject.

The general impression of artificiality is not brought in a bad sense at all - actually, I can see myself in a whole universe, maybe in a greenhouse. So, in spite of the problem with the composition, you achieved a very good picture, with a story behind it.
