Hello, hello.
At the first I want to sa, my English isn't the best. I am from Germany, so don't be scared ^^'
I want to make a banner for the website "Howrse.de", a German website. Every time I see people taking photos from DA from the category "Photography" (anyone knows most of these picture aren't free for use) I could cry, 'cause they aren't allowed to use the pictures. My idea is making a banner for my personal page with the inscription "Please have a heart for photographers - do not use their works withour permission" (in German: Hab ein Herz für Fotografen - benutze ihre Werke nicht ohne ihre Erlaubnis.)
This photo is PERFECT for my planned banner, and it's from a photographer, NOT from a stock-photographer. I want to write "With special thanks to Sortvind - a photographer of DA." AND there'll be a link to your DA-page.

It's simple, but I think that is what makes it so warm.
The complicated things we do every day often get cold, so seeing something so easy is rewarding.
Wonderful shot, uses light and focus very well. I think this is the loveliest thing I've seen today.

I found an edited image of this picture posted on another site without any credit to you, but I told the girl who ran the site that it belonged to you (she said she'd found it posted on yet some other site with no credit-- but she thanked me and edited the post to include a nod to you).

just letting you know that your work may or may not be running rampant on the internet. I hate to see this with a watermark, but you might want to consider one.
