Rainforest in Australia, not sure of the location. But it was a wonderful journey.
I was there about 1 year ago, and i must have forgotten i ever took it, but its all coming back to me now. I used my Fujifilm F30 compact here, its a great travel friend. I said it before and i say it again, you do not need a 2000 dollar camera, a 200 dollar one can give you much joy! Just think the composition and exposure through. The image was underexposed due to strong highlights stealing information from the shadow. i choose to focus on the highlights and made sure the image was indeed underexposed, much easier to retain information from shadows. So the post processing was shadow recovery, grain removal , contrast adjustments, and a warm filter to bring back the glow the scenery originally had. and a tiny border/frame. All feedback is appreciated  |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. maybe it depends on the monitor? The light is just below to strong here, but on a brighter monitor it would be a tad to much.
