Im not afraid to say when i used a huge amount of digital darkroom aka Photoshop. And this took alot of time, im very picky  Used 2 ND filters on the Camera, and shot the picture in RAW mode. Converted the photo to a jpg through photomatix, where i enhanced the contrast and light in the photo. Then worked on it in photoshop in different layers. Most difficult task when working with hdr/fake hdr is the amount of grain. You want to preserve all the details in the shot, but you want a smooth clear look. In the end i think/hope i achieved that.
