The image has a lovely warm feel to it with the fall colors fully in play, the water rippled, semi distorting the image as to speak to you, drawing you in closer, to bask into the sun, feel the warmth and invitation..perhaps being one with nature..
The tight crop on the top of the trees was perhaps to get the water in the picture, but it brings a feeling of home or closeness to your subject, like it's a well known place to your soul, not a first appearance..
The only shock I would like you to deliver the people, is perhaps if you can get in there at ight, totally transforming the loving scene to perhaps a dark, scary place..one that would jump out of your worst fairytale or nightmare..or perhaps dress people up in costume and black and white the shot..there are so many potentials for this scene, I'd like for you to take advantage of them.
