I listen to music. Especially U2. I swear, music pretty much pushes an "off" button on my anger/stress. (Also, it's much harder getting angry when I know I'll calm down the moment I plug in the iPod...)
I'm into tea (mostly green) too. Huh (sorvind & guys) I thought it was only "my thing"..,relaxing by playing or blowing tea's steam on my skin. I also listen to music..& oh, this one really helps..just watching ouside by the window , checking out people come & go , noticing every detail..only observing life that moves in front of ur eyes as a still object. it could pass 40 min-1 hour without noticing.
Depends, really. I draw if it's particularly bad and I really need to blow off steam. Or I draw when I just want to chill, but also write, read and play games. Castevania is particularly good for that. ^^
i sit on my balcony and watch the cars drive by and wonder about each persons life and where they may be going. and usually write some poetry while im at it.
I sit back against my pillows with my laptop on my lap and my Xbox 360 controller in hand and play Castle Crashers while chatting on Instant Messenger. My favorite pass time

So does sitting out in the sun. My neighborhood is very quiet, so it's fantastic.
