For the hand and object, what about an idea of holding a wilting flower? Try to catch the petals falling, almost like the symbol of death. We try to keep things alive but no matter what we do, things die. That's just the way they were made.

But! You should use your own inspiration. Like taking a walk through a calming place with your camera, then things usually POP out at you!

Don't ask, just wait until you get inspiration ?

photograph something you've never photographed before.look around you and find that certain something.take your time,there's no rush.
